When Cirucs Makes The Impossible Possible!

A Dance & Circus Spectacle performed by the Dance Blast community.

Through funding from ACW, Dance Blast is embarking on their next big project. In collaboration with One Truck Pony, a new collective with a big top circus tent, groups from Dance Blast will be putting on a circus themed spectacle.

The performances will include Dance Blast’s Monmouthshire Youth Dance Company, Monmouthshire Connected Dance Company who are our inclusive adult performance company and Monmouthshire Youth Circus Company as well as Boys Blast Youth and our street dance group, Atomic.

We will also be welcoming guest dance company Fusion Elite to the stage.

The Poetics of Hands Meeting is a tender dance duet, contemplating on our potential to craft, carry memory and connect through hands.
Curated with a grounding soundscape of Gayageum, sensitive movement and tactile invitations for audiences, this is a moment to slow down, listen and reimagine how we touch, hold and tend to the world we live in.
An "ambient dance", giving life-filled space amidst a busy world of overstimulation.
